General Counsel,
Stephen R. Sonaty is the founder of The Sonaty Law Firm. He is an innovative and respected attorney practicing law in northern California.
Mr. Sonaty graduated from UCLA magna cum laude earning degrees in both Political Science: International Relations and Communication Studies: Mass Communications. Mr. Sonaty earned his Juris Doctorate from the UCLA School of Law, where he participated in Moot Court and was a member of the Entertainment Law Review.
Mr. Sonaty is an experienced litigator and transactional attorney. His civil law practice encompasses a large variety of legal areas including: real estate, land use planning & development, estate planning, environmental compliance and litigation, administrative, and business law. Mr. Sonaty is also a certified mediator. He is committed to representing each of his clients with strength and integrity.
Mr. Sonaty is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Contra Costa Bar Association. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys swimming, hiking, skiing and baseball
