PR -Speaker Bureau/Golf Classic Chair,
Tom is the Vice Chairman of the California Republican Party is a Member of the Board of Directors of the California Republican Party. From 2003-2008 Tom served as Chairman of the Contra Costa County Republican Party.
Tom has been active in Republican politics since 1980. Tom was the Bay Area Chair of Bill Jones for US Senate and served as the Contra Costa Chairman for the Simon for Governor Campaign. He has served as Lamorinda Republican "GOTV" Captain. Tom is a past member of the Executive Board of the Lafayette School PTA and the Las Trampas Creek Council. He is the Founder of Lafayette's citizen advocacy group "L.A.S.T.," and past Committee Member for the City of Lafayette.
Tom is also the founder of the Walnut Creek Law Firm, Del Beccaro, Hornsby & Blake. But, the achievement he is most proud of is his beautiful daughter Julianna.
