A resident of San Pablo since 1996, Paul Morris is the owner of a property management business and previously operated his own advertising agency with offices in Chicago and Toronto. When he’s not running his business or writing his monthly wine column, Paul Morris is dedicated to his city council duties and multiple community commitments.
