Dear Fellow Republican,

I’m writing to ask you if you would become the most important person in the Republican Party.

Let me explain.

The Republican Party is a big organization, with candidates, committeemembers, elected officials, donors, volunteers, leaders, and members.

But when it comes to turning out the Republican vote, the most important person in the Republican Party is the Republican Neighborhood Precinct Representative.

This year in California we’re launching a bold, grassroots campaign to turn the Republican vote out and make sure Republican voters are casting ballots for Republican candidates.

The key to the program: volunteers who step up to visit their Republican neighbors during the closing weeks of the campaign.

Would you join the Republican campaign as the Republican Party’s official Neighborhood Precinct Representative for your precinct?

The responsibilities are simple:

  1. Attend a campaign briefing in September.
  2. Visit your Republican neighbors on Saturday, October 6.
  3. Visit them again on Saturday, November 3.
  4. Help turn out a few more Republican voters on Election Day, November 6.

That’s it!

We’ve kept this program simple so anyone can do it. You just have to be concerned about the future of our state and our country, and sign up to volunteer!

Can I count on you?

Please RSVP to our September briefing to let me know you’re interested in serving as the Republican Neighborhood Precinct Representative for your precinct.

It’s the most important step you can take to help elect Mitt Romney and our entire Republican ticket in November.

Thank you for your leadership and support of our great Republican candidates.

Sincerely,

Becky Kolberg, Chairman
Contra Costa Republican Party

The CCRP Precinct Development Committee has the responsibility of recruiting Republicans to participate in the development of precinct organizations in the 1200 precincts of Contra Costa County.  All registered Republicans in the county are eligible to join the team and participate in the activities of their precinct by educating their neighbors and encouraging all eligible Republicans to vote.
